5 Ways That We’ve “Upped Our Game” to Ensure the Safety of our Exhibitors and Visitors at SAGE 2021

1. We’ve redesigned our site plan and made stand sizes BIGGER at no extra cost!

We’ve redesigned the site entirely, with a focus on larger stands to help our exhibitors maintain social distancing. Wider walkways and avenues have been introduced to enable social-distancing across the event.

And of course, we’ve done this without a “price-hike”… which leads us nicely onto our second point!

2. Our unbeatable prices just got even better!

In fact, when combined with the stand size revisions they reflect even better value than before! Despite the space increases on offer, the stands remain the same prices based on categories from 2020, and now offer space from as little as £14 per square metre.

We understand that times are tough after the impact of the pandemic, and our prices reflect this to support our industry. Click here to request a full price-list and site map.

3. We’re working with our partners to ensure safety and compliance.

We’re working closely with the venue management at the Three Counties Showground to ensure safety for all in attendance at the Sports and Ground Expo 2021.

With extra cleaning measures, one-way toilet systems – The Three Counties showground have already been awarded Visit England’s “Good to Go” COVID-19 certificate.

We’re also monitoring visitor numbers closely, with pre-show registration mandatory for visitors.

4. We’ve enabled contactless lead-capture!

We’ve also partnered with Jonas Events to offer exhibitors contact-free lead capture to ensure distance can be maintained between exhibitors and visitors, eliminating any cross-contamination, making the process quick, easy and reassuring that no lead is missed.

5. We’re completely outdoors!

That’s right, we’re the UK’s biggest outdoor trade show for the sports and grounds maintenance industries! By summer 2021 we all hope that the world is in a better place. The benefits of exhibiting outdoors still remain obvious, and naturally encourage social distancing and minimal contact, from surveys completed over the last month visitor and exhibitor confidence in attending an outdoor trade show, is as expected, much higher than if it were to be indoors.
